NWAFC/NWAFF Competes At The 2014 USA Fencing National Championships

NWAFC and NWAFF are proud that eleven fencers participated in the 2014 Championships.

Congratulations to Benjamin Aitoumeziane who placed 33 in Division 3. His performance was a personal best with more to come.

As the largest fencing tournament of any kind in the world, more than 4,300 athletes and more than 300 teams competed at the USA Fencing National Championships and July North American Cup.

Austin On The Right

Athletes ranged in age from nine to 90-years-old. More than 10,000 competitors, family members and fans traveled to Columbus for USA Fencing’s marquee event.

This years event featured athletes fencing in two tournaments during 12 days that included both individual and team competitions in all three weapons: epee, foil and saber.

The USA Fencing 2015 National Championships will be held in San Jose, California from June 27 through July 6. The competition will be held at the San Jose Convention Center which held the a Division I and Junior NAC in 2010.
